Paid Internship at Royal Academy of Music

Royal Academy of Music are currently offering a part time paid internship opportunity. The role involves working with Claire Cooke (the Access and Participation Manager) in supporting Widening Participation projects at RAM.

As a paid, part time internship it would be ideal for a young person who is at college, university, taking a year out or planning to develop their career/future in another way. Or perhaps someone who really loves music and wants to learn to run events. It is also great opportunity for someone to get insight into work in arts/culture as a producer supporting musicians and events.

It will involve

  • working with musicians, schools, participants and parents
  • planning and running events
  • gaining an understanding of arts administration
  • gaining an understanding of press, funding, evaluation.

For more information please visit the website: https://www.ram.ac.uk/jobs-22-021 or attend an online applicant's information session on 27th April at 6pm, hosted by Claire Cooke here https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/ram-intern-applicant-information-session-tickets-320644675857.

If you would like to help us continue to provide high quality music education to all the young people of Southwark your donation is greatly appreciated.
